a) Always low, always tired; generally short of breath.
b) You’re relaxed and alert; always breathing deeply with energy to spare.

a) Feeling anxious, angry, overwhelmed, powerless.
b) Feeling empowered engaged and positive.

a) Confused, disorganized, narrow thinking.
b) Clear thinking, can see what others miss. Think “outside the box”.
